Snow .....

Hellooooo.... I'm back. This winter has been crazy with the move, my job, the new house, several pinched nerves in my right arm affecting the use of my right hand and the general chores and fix-ups that come with having a new house.

Here are some pictures that I took last weekend. Toronto is close to having a winter snowfall record. This is what my yard and immediate neighbourhood looked like after our latest dump. Its hard to believe that I live in Canada's largest city. When I'm home, I feel like my house is situated in a small town.

Hey Lannio!!! Lesley!!! How fantastic to see you back! I've missed you and wondered how you were doing with your new home. Sounds as if you've been having quite a time of it! I hope your arm/hand is better now?

These pics are amazing. So much snow! How do you cope? It must be very inconvenient even if it is pretty. I would hate it myself and can only really appreciate snow in other people's yards ;-)

Lesley, I love your new house and neighbourhood! It does look very small townish. Espcially with all that snow!! I heard you've had quite the dump.
I hope your arm and hand condition is improving.
My favourite pics are the one of the road and the other one of the snow mushrooms.

Love
Dale

Wow, that is some serious snow! It's so very beautiful, too, although I can see you'd have your travel plans curtailed by it at times. Here it's 39 degrees C today, and I'm siitting here in a singlet top in front of an airconditioner. Autumn in Melbourne. Hmmm.

Look after that arm and hand, and don't overdo the household tasks!

Hi Lesley,
thanks for the welcome back. You know, those of us in condos can just enjoy leaving the snow on the ground. ;)

My goodness, I haven't been here in ages. (Don't get excited, I may not come back). But as ever, your photos are amazing.

Oh happy belated birthday Lesley! And your yard looked like wonderland! we don't get tons of snow here generally, but I tend to think if we are going to have winter I would rather have piles of the stuff! How are you settling in? And you arm! That is bad news! Better?
